The Greater Watertown Community Health Foundation is pleased to welcome Richard (Dick) Jones, Jenifer Hedrick, and Dan Rahfaldt to its Board of Directors. Each brings deep community ties and a strong commitment to improving health and quality of life in the Greater Watertown area.
Jones brings more than three decades of experience in education and public service. A University of Wisconsin–Whitewater graduate, Jones spent 35 years teaching and coaching at Waterloo High School, where he founded Y.O.S.T., an intergenerational program connecting students and community members. He has been actively involved in numerous professional, civic, and faith-based organizations and has served on the Jefferson County Board of Supervisors since 2006, including long-standing leadership roles on the Human Services and Finance Committees.
Hedrick has worked extensively as an occupational therapist in school settings throughout Dane and Jefferson Counties. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations-German Area Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Bonn, Germany, and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MS OTR) from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee.
A Watertown native and Watertown High School graduate, Hedrick serves on several local nonprofit boards and on the Dodge County Board of Supervisors, where she chairs the Human Services and Health Committee. Her leadership and volunteer work focus on strengthening individuals, families, and communities.
Rahfaldt brings a background in business development, technical sales and product management. He founded Xsell Products, Inc. and currently operates Deerfield Properties in Watertown. In 2025, he founded Silver Creek Investors, owner of the Watertown Country Club.
A long-time Watertown resident, Rahfaldt holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. His community involvement includes five years on the Good Shepherd School Board, four years with the Watertown Main Street Program, and service on the Watertown Country Club Board beginning in 2025.
The Foundation looks forward to the experience and community leadership these new board members bring as it continues its mission to support a healthier, more vibrant community.
