For those who serve children and their families, self-care plays a critical role in creating and maintaining “compassion resilience”. Compassion resilience is the capacity to sustain strength, hope and purpose over the long-term, while extending love, dignity and care to those facing complex challenges.

Come learn about the powerful Compassion Resilience Toolkit, a free resource which provides resilience strategies to increase the ability for caregivers to work more effectively with those impacted by stress, loss and trauma helps caregivers understand, recognize, prevent and reverse compassion fatigue.

Presentation by Toolkit Developer, Sue McKenzie, Rogers InHealth/WISE
